Wardrobe is a digital closet application provided by Cuteberry UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Wardrobe respects and protects users’ personal privacy. Please put more emphasis on the bolded terms in this policy, which have a significant relationship with your rights and interests (possibly). Before using or continuing to use our products and services, please read carefully and fully understand this policy.
This policy stipulates the personal information of minors in Article 9. If you are the legal guardian of the relevant minor user, please read carefully the terms on the protection of minor information and choose whether to agree to this policy. At the same time, please teach minors to enhance their personal information protection awareness and ability, and do not provide any personal information to any product and service provider without your consent; If you are a relevant minor user, please read this policy carefully with the accompany and help of your parents or guardians, and use our products and services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
- Provide you with products and/or services: When you create lookbooks or later on add outfits to already existing lookbooks, but also when you add a user profile picture, we need permission to access your local media to select images. Later on as soon as you hit the "save/next" button, this lookbooks and outfits will be uploaded and stored in our Firebase Database / Cloud Storage in Frankfurt, Germany. At any time you can delete all previously created lookbooks and outfits and thereby remove them from our Firebase Database / Cloud Storage in Frankfurt, Germany. The only reason for storing them in our Firebase Database / Cloud Storage in Frankfurt, Germany is to keep them save, in case you lose your phone, to allow you to free up space on your phone while keeping all lookboosk and outfits and also to make it possible, that you can share them with other people, if you want to.
- Customer service and after-sales service: When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your username, email address, and email content, so that we can communicate with you about problems encountered during the use of our products and services.
- Search Screen and Advertisements: Wardrobe features a 'Search Screen' to facilitate content discovery. In this section, we utilize a Google AdMob banner to display advertisements. Google AdMob, a third-party service, may collect personal information to show personalized ads. This information may include device identifiers, such as Advertising ID, and may be used by Google AdMob and its partners for ad personalization purposes. To provide you with a more tailored ad experience, we request your consent before displaying personalized ads through Google AdMob. You will be prompted to grant or deny this consent when you first use the app. If you choose not to provide consent, non-personalized ads may still be displayed based on contextual factors. 2. How We Use Cookies
Cookies are text files created on your device by the web server. In order to provide a better service, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies to your device to collect and store information about the use of this product. The specific usage is as follows: Help you simplify the visit experience. Moreover, when engaging with the search screen feature, it is possible that Google AdMob may employ cookies. Prior to utilizing cookies for the purpose of delivering personalized ads tailored to your preferences and interests, your explicit consent will be sought. Third-party SDKs that may be accessed:
1) Firebase SDK:
- Firebase Authentication: Allows you to sign up and create an account. Later on allows you to authenticate and log in.
- Firebase App Check: Provides an additional security layer.
- Firebase Cloud Storage: Stores your pictures.
- Firebase Database: Stores all documents, that are required to provide our service e.g. lookbooks, outfits, ...
- Firebase Cloud Functions: We use cloud functions to do the "heavy lifting" in the background, which is required to give you a smooth user experience. Cloud functions are used whenever you follow or unfollow a lookbook or whenever you like or unlike a post. Those action could be perfomrmed through using your smartphones RAM, but it would be much slower. Whenever a cloud function will be triggered, the execution will take place in Firebase's data center in Frankfurt, Germany.

2) RevenueCat SDK:
- The app contains functions to purchase paid content via the provider of the respective device's app store (Google for Android devices and Apple for iOS devices). The app uses the technical interface provided by the provider to determine whether a purchase has been made. This involves communication with the provider's app store. The data transmitted in this way are processed in accordance with the data protection regulations of the provider and are not accessible to us. >
- The app uses the RevenueCat product from Revenue Cat, Inc. (hereinafter “RevenueCat”) based at 633 Tarava St. Suite 101, San Francisco, CA 94116 USA to manage and analyze in-app purchases. >
- The transmission takes place in accordance with the provisions of Art. 46 GDPR. RevenueCat saves or processes the data and prepares it for Cuteberry UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in a web interface. - You agree to the data collection by Cuteberry UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and the transmission to RevenueCat. If you do not want the third-party provider to save the data you have provided, you must refrain from using the app. >

In order to have your own data deleted from the database at Firebase or RevenueCat, you can request
this at any time by email to support@wardrobe.digital (with the note "Deletion of my data at RevenueCat").
If this does not happen, the data will be deleted at the latest after the statutory retention periods.

Transfer
Except for the requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement, judicial or regulatory requirements, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual.

According to your needs, disclose your designated personal information in a disclosure method that you explicitly agree to.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
In order to provide our services, Wardrobe will store the contents of whatever you create (eg. lookbooks, outfits, ...) and also whatever you disclose (user information to create or enhance your user account) in the Firebase data center in Frankfurt, Germany. You can delete all content provided or pieces of it anytime you wish.
We will work hard to provide protection for users' information security to prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure. And use various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information.
We will work hard to protect your personal information, but please understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on the Internet. We will provide corresponding security measures to protect your information according to existing technology and provide reasonable security guarantees. We will do our best to prevent your information from being leaked, damaged or lost.
7. To California Residents
Under the applicable California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), you have certain rights with respect to your personal information collected by us for business purposes. Please note that this section applies only to people who live in California. Your rights include:
- The right to know about the personal information a business collects about you how it is used and shared.
- The right to delete the information collected from you.
- The right to opt-out of receiving personalized ads. Wardrobe currently doesn't contain any ads.
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.
8. To EU Users
Under the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), you have certain rights with respect to your personal information collected by us for business purposes. Please note that this section applies only to people who live in EU. Your rights include:
- The right to obtain certain information about our processing, including: the purposes of processing the data; the categories of personal data processed; the recipients who receive your personal data; how long we store your personal data.
- The right to receive a copy of any personal data which we process about you, in a commonly used and machine-readable format.
- The right to delete.
- The right to restrict data processing of your personal data.
- The right to object to the processing of your personal data.
- The right to withdraw your consent you have granted to us.
- The right to raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, if you think that any of your rights have been infringed by us.
- The right not to be subject to automated decision-making in relation to your personal data. We can confirm that we do not use automated decision-making.
- The right to be notified in the event of a personal data breach which is likely to result in a high risk to your rights.
9. Children Under 13
Wardrobe mainly provides its products and services to people over 13 years old (or the prescribed age in your country/region). If you are the guardian of a child user under the age of 13 (or the prescribed age in your country/region), we remind you to properly perform guardianship duties to protect the safety of children's personal information. In addition, please guide and help the children under your supervision during the use of our products and services. If you are a child user under the age of 13 (or the prescribed age in your country/region), please read this policy carefully with the assistance and assistance of your parents or guardians before using our products and services, and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians.
